New Years Eve 2004 in Las Vegas Me, Mike and my roommate Phil decided to head to Vegas for new years this year. I didn't really get a whole lot of pictures, but of the ones that I did get, you can see that a few other people had the same idea we did.
This was the scene out on the strip. The whole thing is closed from Mandalay Bay to the Stratosphere, and every cross street is closed for about a block in each direction. These are all taken standing in front of the Bellagio, and you can see in the upper left picture how they fenced it off so they could control how many people were coming in.
Same time and place, but with a longer exposure, which is why they're brighter but kinda blurry.
Just some fireworks pics.
These were taken inside the Bellagio. The left is inside the conservatory with their Christmas setup, and the right is just this big thing that was in the middle of their shopping area.
