Out Front

This is what makes this place totally worth it.  This is out the front door of the building.  That walkway runs for several miles right along the beach.  In Hermosa Beach and Manhattan beach, it's called "The Strand."  Off to the right is the Hermosa Beach Pier.

Looking to the left.  The beach is pretty empty in these pictures because it's early afternoon in mid-week.  Later in the evening and on weekends the volleyball courts and the beach are packed.

same spot as above, just during sunset.  Since it's the west coast, you get awesome sunsets over the ocean every night.  The mountains in the distance are Malibu.

Because it's on a corner, there's a little patio on the side.  That back table is the one spot where I can get wireless internet access from a guy whose room is just to the left, so add my laptop and you've got my workstation.
