Manhattan / Hermosa Beach

So here's that pier again.

This is looking down this walkway that runs along a whole bunch of beaches down the coast.  Apparently, if you wanted to, you could just stay on it and go for miles.

I forget exactly which pier this is from (every beach has it's own pier), but I think this may be looking back at Hermosa Beach.  Supposedly Hermosa Beach was rated one of the best beach towns in the country by the Travel Channel.  And although I haven't seen that many beach towns, I would have to agree that is is really nice here.

This is definitely Hermosa Beach.  It's just a little area with restaurants and shops right at the foot of. . . you guessed it, a pier.
