My Condo

It's official: I bought a condo (with some investment help from the parents).  It's a 1br in the area right next to campus; about a 15 minute walk to class.  It's in OK condition, so I can live in it now, but I'm going to be doing a lot of work on it starting immediately.  Give me some time and it will look brand new.  So until I do a bunch of work and put those pics up, here's some to check out as it is now. 

This is right when you walk in the front door.  It's not huge, but it's only me so it doesn't really have to be.  You can also see the back door which leads to the parking lot.

Notice the awesome circa 1985 appliances. . . which will all be getting replaced (as well as the countertops and probably cabinets.

Looking back towards the front door.  For some reason, a lot of condos around here have fireplaces.  I'm pretty sure it will never get used.
